• Mini Kirchat (for two) or Kirchat for Four – Selection of meat and vegetable stews such as minchet abish (spiced beef), kipfo, timtimo (red lentil stew), and shuro, all served on injera. A great way to taste Eritrea’s diverse dishes simultaneously.
• Sampler Platters (Beb’Ainetu) – Available in vegetarian or mixed form; generous and good value.
